"Creating a seamless indoor-outdoor transition with a custom Alumawood patio cover, integrated lighting, and ceiling fans."
The Challenge
The homeowners had a large backyard with no comfortable outdoor living space. The Riverside summer heat made the backyard unusable from May through October without shade.
Our Solution
We designed and built a solid Alumawood patio cover spanning 400 square feet, with integrated recessed LED lighting, two ceiling fans, and a ceiling fan-rated electrical circuit. The structure was permitted and built to current California building code.
