The Challenge
The existing bathroom had a small fiberglass shower, a large unused garden tub taking up prime floor space, and outdated laminate vanity tops. The layout was inefficient and the materials were significantly outdated.
Our Solution
We removed the garden tub to create room for a large walk-in shower with dual rain heads and floor-to-ceiling marble tiling. A custom double vanity with quartz countertops, soft-close drawers, and backlit LED mirrors was installed. New waterproofing was added throughout.
